A beautiful villa in spacious grounds, which is usually used as an event centre for weddings. The rooms had a feeling of beautiful old style luxury, with gorgeous art every where. We had a comfortable bed, and the room had an ensuite, and a tiny bar fridge. From here we drove an easy 23 minutes to the nearest train station, and caught the train straight to the colleseum, arriving 12 minutes later.

The landlords are very nice and sweet Daniela and alfredo waited for us until midnight to help us check in Our room in the 2 nd floor was very big but no lift Alfredo changed our booking and gave us a big room on the ground floor The garden outside was so relaxing spacious we spent our morning quietly between the trees I do recommand this place but you need to have a car otherwise impossible to reach

It was a great experience. The location of the Villa is a great choice, close to Rome and Ostia Beach. The room on the 2nd floor is amazing, has wonderful woodwork, has a great view, and it is very spacious. Good Room Service and amenities. The surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful. There are a variety of fruit trees which were available to us. The fruits were very tasty. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Whole loft studio apartment was actually about 150 sq meters! Even our teenage daughters who would like to sleep in separate bedrooms did not complain, they were so far from eachother. The surroundings - and here really depends what you like - was in rural area, one mansion with beautiful gardens, olive and lemon trees, no other houses around. We actually had our apartment cleaned during the day, I think it was nice, even though we didn't ask for it. And most important - we thought there was no air-condition, and we were actually there when Rome got 42C, when we arrived they told us there was Aircon, what a relief...

The house was like something out of an old fairy tale. You could feel the atmosphere of the era. The instructions were clear and concise. Everything was clean. Everything you need was there, including an iron, which many places don't have. Beautiful surroundings. The owner was friendly and welcoming.

Specious Villa with a large last floor apartment suitable for families. Beautiful garden and surrounding area. The location is outside of Rome, but well connected with public transport to the city. Metro line B is on 20 minutes of driving. The host is very helpful and polite. My car stopped working late at the evening in Rome and he assisted me with finding an English speaking taxi as well as he stayed outside of the check in hours almost until midnight to welcome my family.

Conveniently located for accesss to FCO airport. We had the 2nd floor (3rd actually) "attic" so there were several flights of stairs (with railings). The room was huge with slanted ceilings on the edges. Ventilation was good, with several air conditioners available.

- Loved the lush green surroundings outside the property. - Complementary fresh lemons from the garden, nice jam, biscuits, water bottle gave a nice personal touch to the stay. - Toilet fitted with bidet was a nice addon. - There was even a projector and screen to watch movies (but we haven't used it)
